AquaStretch Foundations
AquaStretch™ is an assisted stretching and myofascial release technique used to restore flexibility and improve quality of movement. Those who have experienced AquaStretch™ have reported the following benefits:

This 8-hour course is based on the AquaStretch™ Foundations Manual, 2nd edition. It prepares you to confidently use 10 primary stretches including: Wall Hang Foot, Ankle and Toe Grips, IT Band Pump, Hip Rock and Roll; One Leg Standing; Lean Back; Lean Forward-Hands on Wall; Shoulder Roll and Scapula Release.

NEW 2015! Pre-Course Assignment
A 2014 pilot demonstrated participants completing our pre-course study prior to attending AquaStretch Foundations had greater confidence and higher skill competency. In order to optimize your on-site learning, access is FREE with registration to AquaStretch Foundations (includes: downloadable video, written materials and 20 question quiz).
To access the video component you will need to register for a free vimeo account.
Optional: By completing this pre-course study, participants are eligible for 2.0 additional AEA CECs with submission of quiz and payment of $35 added fee. Instructions will be sent via email with your confirmation of registration to AquaStretch Foundations.
Continuing Education
You will earn a certificate acknowledging theoretical and practical training. CE: AEA 8.0, ACE 0.8, AFAA 8.0, ATRI 8.0
Courses taught by Laurie Denomme are also approved for 8 hours of CE by NCBTMB and APTA-Florida for 2015. CE approval by APTA and OT licensure in other states depends on course location, email for details.
