Join us September 10 on Zoom as we answer:

• Can you really build strength in water?
• How hard should you work?
• How do you know when resistance is enough?
• And what should you change as you get stronger?

Plus: Complete all five workouts across the three weeks and unlock The Intensity Build-Up — a quick guide to help you feel different levels of effort and learn how to create the right challenge for your body.

A simple 3 week progression

Starting September 10: Two workouts. Three weeks. Five coached sessions that build on each other so every week your body builds what it’s capable of.

Week 1: Learn the moves
Do each workout once to get familiar with the exercises (2 sessions).

Week 2: Feel the Intensity
Repeat workouts to learn what strength building effort feels like (2 sessions).

Week 3: Make it Yours
Choose one and use what you’ve learned to continue progress (1 session).

Walk farther. Take the stairs with more ease. Golf, garden, travel, and move through your day with more confidence.

We build strength in the water so it can move with us into life.

The Science of Strength. The Skill of Knowing what your body needs.

Lori Sherlock is a Professor of Exercise Physiology at West Virginia University, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and seven-time Ironman World Championship competitor. She helps you cut through the guesswork—how hard to work, when to push, when recovery matters, and how to know you’re actually getting stronger.

Laurie Denomme is a kinesiologist, Fellow of Applied Functional Science™, and founder of Wavemakers®, with more than 30 years of experience helping people make movement work for their bodies. Her cues help you feel how an exercise is working, understand what your body is telling you, and adjust the movement so it gives you the support or challenge you need that day.

Together, Lori and Laurie help you focus on what actually moves you forward: good movement, the right effort, and progress you can feel and build on.

Their shared goal: help you use the water to build strength that shows up where it matters most—in the way you move, feel, and live every day.
