There is something calming about being in the water. It’s a place where I can go to do high intensity training or stretching in a way that is much different than on land—a place where I can feel my body getting stronger. Simply put, water exercise makes me feel good!
What is WECOACH?
I’m Laurie Denomme, and this is my new program: WECOACH.
WECOACH is a water exercise program unlike anything you’ve ever tried before. A combined water and land workout program that gets to the source of your pain or weakness so you begin to feel good as you exercise and move better in all of your daily activities. You’ll experience:
- Exercises that move the body in 6 natural directions
- Workouts that are easy to do – any time, any place
- Customized music that helps your body “tune-in” for better results
A Team of Experts
I’ve assembled a team of experts who share my passion of looking for ways to live better and who want to share what they know and learn with others. The people you’ll meet in WECOACH LIVE educational courses and DVD collection are experts in their field.
I teamed up with Lori Sherlock to create the HI-YO interval training system, Jeanmarie Scordino to deliver a complementary land workout program and a pair of musicians to customize music for a unique exercise experience. Here are a few more things you might find interesting about my team:
